ALP350 Fixed Type Revolve able Degasser
ALP350 Main Application
ALP350 is a fixed type degasser with electric lift and revolvable arm. The system is optional with chain-type lift or hydraulic lift, also manual or electric revolved . The model can be applied to single specific furnace for online or batch degassing or installed and used among multiple furnaces of the same type for degassing. Degassing medium: 99.996% pure dry nitrogen or argon, provided by gas center or gas cylinders beside the degasser.
ALP350 Mechanical Parameters
1.Fixed type, degassing arm can be turned 90 or 180 degree manually or electrically. The system can be served for a single furnace or shared by two furnaces as degassing station.
2.Machine height, revolve angle and travel range can be customized according to client’s furnaces.
3.Hydraulic lift or chain lift.
4.Rotor belt driven, speed from 0~600RPM, data display adjustable, time settable and one button full-auto mode available.
5. Degassing arm can be lifted manually when power is off .
6.Low limit switch can be adjusted to adapt furnaces of different depths, or customized as double low limits switches to fit two or three furnace depths.
7.The device is equipped with independent air cooler for heated key parts to avoid over-heat damages.
8.With good heat insulation and air cooling by independent cooler fans, the system can be applied to online degassing too.

ALP350 Degassing Principles
Inject pre-set quantity of inert gas into theALmet through rotating graphite shaft and rotor. The rotor disperses the inert gas into millions of small bubbles, evenly into the melt. Small inert gas bubbles capture hydrogen and nonmetallic impurities, then altogether flow to the melt surface.
